The CWOA Board feels each member serves at the pleasure of the
community. We do the bidding of the majority concerning snow
removal, road/common areas and sign maintenance, dues collection,
financial accounting, policy/rules enforcement, and general
issues that may arise within our community that is our right
and/or responsibility as a board representing all homeowners
to address. We encourage owner input and involvement in all
these areas, and offer to make ourselves available to anyone
concerning any issue they may have at a mutual convenience
for each party. Please remember that nominations for new board
members are considered and encouraged prior to each annual meeting.
