Motion was made by Pete Stone and seconded by Ed Cauthen for Charity Davis to be elected to the Board. Vote was taken and Charity was unanimously elected to the Board of Directors.

A discussion took place on the rules and regulations and it was deferred until after legal action with Butt Mtn Estates is settled as we can not effectively enforce them until then.

Dayton will get with Danny about the Web site being updated.

A discussion was conducted concerning the CWOA financial accounts and a motion was made by Charity and seconded by Pete to put $10,000 in one CD and $45,000 + in a second CD after they matured on November 11, that the Road (checking) Maintenance Account would remain at $2,000 , that any money over $5,000 in General Checking would be transferred into the Road Saving Account. The board voted unanimously to authorize Judy to affect said transfers and transactions.

Judy checked on the credit collection agency and we still have a contract with Meridian and will maintain same.

Insurance renewal is in February 2008 and Dayton will check policies, rates, etc. for comparison purposes and will report back to board at next meeting in January 2008.

Next Board meeting set for January 8, 2008 7pm at Grace Baptist Church.
